Artists are often asked to donate their art forfundraisers and are rarely able to purchase each other’s work. At the Littman Gallery this October, invited artists will turn the tables by bringing one piece of original art as a gift for another Portland artist. The public is welcome to view the exhibited work and to join the artists for an opening reception but at this unique show, nothing is for sale. At the end of the month, the artists will gather for a private party, MC’d by RACC’s Tonisha Toler and each artist will take home a new piece of art.

Featuring: Katherine Ace, Holly Andres, Chris Bennett, Becca Bernstein, Calvin Ross Carl, Brad Carlisle, Matt Cosby, Nanda D’Agostino, Laurie Danial, Shawn Demarest, Tamara English, Sally Finch, Bean Gilsdorf, Dan Gilsdorf, Dorothy Goode, Chris Haberman, Kim Hamblin, Lisa Kaser, Gabriel Liston, Jim Lommasson, Brenda Mallory, Elise Mravunac, Lorna Nakell, Noah Nakell, T J Norris, Liz Obert, Hilary Pfeifer, Shannon Playford, Sandra Preston, Christopher Rauschenberg, Alicia Rose, Laura, Ross-Paul, Cara Tomlinson, Andrea Schwart-Feit, Rebecca Shelly, Ashley Sloan, Quin Sweetma, Vicki Wilson, Andrea Wolff

Gifted is the next step in a tradition begun five years ago by multimedia artist and curator TJ Norris. The exhibit brings Portland artists together with the purpose of literally sharing their work with each other. This year, artists Becca Bernstein, Tamara English and Sally Finch invited their fellow artists and organized this show at Littman Gallery.
